After Carl Icahn’ threat against the Yahoo board, Microsoft and Yahoo are back in talks.
It seems this time Microsoft will not seek to buy Yahoo outright, but will purchase part of the company. I don’t think the shareholders will like this.

HD-PVR Shipping is Delayed

The HD PVR Model 01212 have been delayed. According to Hauppauge customer service, the company has run into a production delay with the plastic cases needed for the device (it is an external device after all). Hauppauge intends to ship this month.
