Monorail Red a No-Go Tomorrow
Earlier this week the OC Register reported that Monorail Red would make its public debut Friday. The monorail has been undergoing tests and shakedown cruises to ensure it will run reliably and provide the expected “Disney experience.”
Unfortunately, the OC Register now reports here that the earlier announcement has been rescinded so that Disney can continue to test. Many Disneyphiles are hoping to ride the newly redesigned monorails around the two and a half miles of track very soon. It is better to be safe than sorry. The new cars feature seats that face the cars’ windows giving riders a great view of the parks as the monorail passes through.
The new monorails are being rolled out at Disneyland.
