Site launched to Protest Creative’s actions

A site launched to protest of Creative’s actions against volunteer driver coder urges consumers to boycott the company. It seems to be something of a minor internet “revolution” much like the DIGG attempts to take down the now infamous HD-DVD encryption key in response to a DCMA letter.

There has been nothing posted on the public relations page of the company’s website. Other than two messages regarding the original request that the driver modder, “Daniel_k,” there has been no response from Creative. Certainly the company must make some response to the great public displeasure in Creative’s current drivers.

To the company’s credit, they have not removed the forum thread that serves as a mechanism for customer feedback and to vent frustration. The thread has over 2100 replies.
